Find an earlier appointment
Your DMV, doctor or passport appointment is months away. An agent can keep checking for cancellations and grab an earlier slot.
We haven't tested agents on this yet. In our feed, a Meta Muse user had it check several DMV offices every 30 minutes and it booked a same-day slot. This needs an agent that can run on a schedule and fill in booking forms: Meta Muse, Grok Bot, Gemini Spark, Manus (2 scheduled jobs on the free plan) or a self-run agent like OpenClaw or Hermes Agent.

How to do it
Note your current booking
Keep the confirmation number so the agent can cancel the old slot later.
List the places
Name every office or clinic you're willing to go to.
Set the rules
Say which days and times work, and how often to check.
Start the job
Paste the prompt and let it run.
Confirm the swap
Make sure the new booking is confirmed before the old one is cancelled.
Copy-paste setup
Check the [STATE] DMV appointment site for [SERVICE] at these offices: [OFFICES]. Check every 30 minutes. If you find a slot earlier than [CURRENT APPOINTMENT DATE], on a weekday after [TIME], book it. Cancel my old appointment only after the new one is confirmed, then text me the details.

Watch out for
- Some booking sites ban automated checking. Read the site's terms.
- Checking very often can burn through an agent's usage allowance.

The poster had a DMV appointment months away. They asked Muse to check several offices every 30 minutes and book any earlier opening, and it found and booked a slot for the same day. They also had it add more than 40 events from a sports season to their calendar.
