Book a gym pool lane the moment slots open
The poster's gym pool lanes were always fully booked. He told Meta Muse he wanted to swim at 7:30 am but only wanted to decide the night before which days. Muse worked out that lane times open exactly 72 hours ahead, so it now books his preferred time the moment it becomes available. The night before each swim it checks in with him, and if he says he isn't going, it cancels the booking so he doesn't pay the gym's no-show fee. He says he gave the same job to another agent and Muse finished it faster.

Watch out for
- Read your gym's booking rules first. Some clubs limit how many slots one member can hold, or treat automated booking as against the rules.
- Make sure the agent cancels in time. A booking it forgets to cancel can still cost you the no-show fee.
