Catalog everything in your home from photos
The poster set up a Grok Bot he calls Tory (as in inventory). He sends it photos of the inside of drawers, shelves, bookcases and the pantry. It names the objects, notes where they are and adds them to a Notion database. He says it took no time to set up. A home inventory is handy for finding things, for knowing what's in the pantry before you shop, and for an insurance claim after a fire or burglary.
Copy this prompt
I'll send you photos of drawers, shelves and cupboards in my home. For each photo, list every item you can recognize, with the room and spot it's in, such as 'kitchen, top left drawer'. Add each item as a row in my [NOTION DATABASE OR SPREADSHEET] with columns for item, location, rough value if it's obvious, and date added. Mark anything you're not sure about so I can check it.
Our own prompt, written from what the source describes. We haven't run it ourselves. Text in [BRACKETS] is what you replace.
Watch out for
- Check a few rows against the photo. Agents can misread small or similar items.
- For insurance, keep the original photos too, and store a copy outside your home.

Find a local pro and book them
You need a plumber, a tailor or the repair person you used last year. An agent can search, compare and reach out for you.
Plan the week's meals and fill the grocery cart
Deciding what's for dinner and writing the grocery list every week takes real time. An agent can plan meals around what your family eats and what's already in the fridge, then build the cart. Here is which agents can actually reach a grocery store, and where you still check and pay.
