He tested three cases: wording differed but matched, a quantity mismatch was flagged, and an unmatched line was escalated instead of guessed. A November comment warned that brittle regex for PO labels is the first thing that breaks.

Watch out for
- Regex for PO labels breaks when suppliers write PO#, P.O. No, or wrap the number. Prefer a structured extraction step when you can.
- Keep the escalate path. An agent that guesses a match can approve a wrong invoice.
- OCR and AI steps use Make credits. Run a few tests before you turn it on for every supplier.
