A stuck $433 Amazon refund sent back to the card
Amazon had his returned item for two weeks but told him to wait another 30 days for a $433 refund. He asked Grok Bot to sort it out. He says the bot found the order, got a live agent on Amazon's chat, and asked for the money to go back to his card instead of a gift card. The refund was issued within minutes. It's one person's account, and it worked through Amazon's normal support chat, but it shows a useful habit: when a return has clearly arrived, ask a person for the refund and say exactly where you want the money to go.

Watch out for
- Amazon says unauthorized AI agents break its Conditions of Use and has blocked some of them, so this may not work for you. You can paste the same request into the chat yourself.
- Say where the refund should go. A gift card balance is harder to move than money on your card.
- Keep the return tracking number. It's your proof the item arrived.
