Every 30 minutes Meta Muse checks the marketplaces and his email for sales and takes the sold item down from the other sites, so he doesn't sell one thing twice. He says it has been accurate for about a month. Muse is blocked from Depop, so he runs the same check in Grok Bot as a backup, and both write to a shared Google Sheet. He also has it make a weekly profit and loss, a pick list and 4x6 shipping labels, which he says cut his pick and ship time at least in half, plus a daily summary of the 50 to 70 offers he gets. These are his results from his own setup.

He asked Meta Muse, and it found a plumber who lives nearby and has run his business for 50 years. After one phone call, the plumber was at his door in 15 minutes. Lead-generation sites often look like local businesses, so asking an agent to filter for owner-run shops with a real address and a long track record can save a lot of calls. You still want to check the license and get a price before work starts.
