Progressive wouldn't talk to his Grok Bot about a quote
Eugene, in Utah, had Grok Bot call Progressive about an insurance quote. The company refused to speak with the bot and insisted on talking to him. He says it still saved time: it got through the wait to be connected and he did not have to repeat the quote number. His question is a fair one: how can a business know that a person really asked an agent to call for them? Until there is a standard answer, expect some insurers, banks and pharmacies to ask for you directly.
