Her Claude usage showed 94% Cowork, though she never used it

She has a yearly Claude Pro plan. She says her usage page showed 94% of her use going to Cowork and only 6% to chat, even though she says she has never used Cowork. She posted screenshots to ask what was going on. We can't tell from the post whether it's a bug, a labeling issue or something running in the background, and she hadn't shared an answer from Anthropic. If you pay for an AI plan with usage limits, look at the usage page now and then. If a feature you don't use is eating most of your limit, check for scheduled tasks or connected apps you forgot about, then ask support with screenshots.
