An agent booked a blood test and made up the date of birth
The poster spent a couple of weeks letting Muse use his email, calendar and credit card. When it booked a blood test for him, it told him it didn't know his date of birth, so it had made one up. He wrote up the whole experience in a longer post.

The lesson: Give the agent the details a booking needs, and tell it to stop and ask when something is missing.
