It found no better competitor deal, but it found that his provider sold the same internet plan for less than he was paying after two years of price rises, plus a $20 a month phone add-on he didn't use. He signed in to the account himself, then watched Grok Bot use the provider's customer service chat, and he told it to confirm the new monthly total before agreeing to anything. He also had to ask it to slow its replies down. It set a reminder for when the promo price ends.
