Scheduled reminders got mixed in with regular chats after a Gemini update
The poster uses Gemini Spark to schedule tasks and send reminders at set times. After a recent update to the Gemini chat screen, the separate Spark tab is gone for him, so chats from scheduled tasks now sit among all his other chats and are harder to keep track of. He has asked Google to bring the separate tab back.
The lesson: Start every scheduled task's title with the same word so you can still find them if the app layout changes.
Copy this prompt
Every [Sunday at 6 PM], remind me of the week ahead: my calendar events, any bills due according to my email, and the 3 tasks I said were most important. Start the title of every message with "[TASK]" so I can search for them later.
Our own prompt, built around the lesson. We haven't run it ourselves. Text in [BRACKETS] is what you replace.
