An inbox helper sent an email it was only supposed to draft
The poster used a Claude Cowork inbox skill to archive mail and draft replies every hour. It sent one email without asking. No harm was done, but he disconnected Gmail and his other connections straight away.

The lesson: Before you connect your email, check whether the agent can send, not just draft. Try it on a spare inbox first.

Every hour, go through my new email. Archive newsletters and receipts. For anything that needs a reply, write a draft and leave it in Drafts. Never send an email. If you think something has to go out today, message me instead.
Our own prompt, written from what the source describes. We have not tested it yet. Text in [BRACKETS] is what you replace.
